Please Note: The mg weight of the tablet is 120 mg of lithium orotate, that is the total mg for the lithium and the orotic acid compound. Each 120 mg tablet provides 4.8 mg of elemental lithium. The orotate salts have a much higher bioavailabity than other mineral salts so a lower dose is acceptable.
